clean room but needs pest control

The check-in process was swift and handled by a friendly staff member. The room featured a comfortable layout that was convenient for our needs. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bedding and general amenities. The staff's effort to keep the environment cute.

Had really great stay for the price, the staff were courteous, location was magnificent in the middle of jackson. Our room was brand-new and reasonably large with appliances and coffee, as for instance. And the room's amenities were clean!

Check-in was easy thanks to the friendly assistant manager, who even checked on us later to ensure everything was good. I loved the cozy atmosphere and really appreciated the clean room. The only hiccup was that the ice machine was out of order, but it didn't take away from our pleasant stay 😊

the hospitality, the rooms were not up to date. We had to call several times to have an iron delivered, towels delivered and coffee. There was no pool to enjoy and relax at.

we had a neat room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. truly enjoyed a clean bathroom.

This hotel has a great location with a short walk to plenty of food options and a workout facility, and I really enjoyed the room with one bed.

Location was good because of all of the places to eat and shop were right around the inn.

You could smell someone smoking weed in one of the rooms. Not saying it's the places fault but it was a extremely strong odor and using a air spray to try to cover it didn't work one bit

The manager was nice and professional, eager to help, and they gave us wake-up calls for work promptly. The check-in experience was excellent, thanks to the assistant manager's cheerful demeanor, a bright spot after a rough few days.

It wasn't on the cheap side but still acceptable.

It stunk and your hotel/motel is in desperate need of a total make over! It smelled of mold really bad! We checked out after looking at two different rooms on different floors!!!!

I'm sure nothing has ever been updated except maybe the bathrooms. Its old and smells old. I felt like mildew was just covered with paint. It looks like an untouched motel from the 70's. Also, I requested a late check out and the man at the front desk flipped out and was rude. He also had the cops come and standby our door. We were out about 45 minutes late. Keep in mind that check out is at 11 but check in isn't until 3 so to rush us that fast is a bit ridiculous!

This hotel offers tidy, modern rooms equipped with coffee and appliances, and it's conveniently located in a comfortable spot right in the heart of the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Music City Mall nearby was a fun shopping spot for my five adult children and me. We had a great time exploring, and the cable programming kept us entertained during downtime.

My wife says that the second TV remote was taped closed, which led to some frustration. Improving the maintenance response time would be great for families.
